Only on high days. My goal is 10 reps each exercise on last high day in 30s. Some are already there. The flag stir, which is 1L+1R=1, is the challenge. I feel this is more like Mass Assault v1. Just bust your butt for 30s and don't count reps. Just TUT.
Oh, you have to remember, Steven is 15, taller and bigger than me and I am pretty big. I am trying to mold him and instill life long fitness. Leading by example. I may have to switch him to something else, he is getting bored of the same exercises. He really hates the IF and Prasara stuff. I told him, he will thank me in 30 yrs. His reply, if u are alive. Teenagers, got to love them. Now I need to get my 8 yr old started!
