10.24.12 - Bent Press


Bent Press - alternating r/l for 5 minutes. My technique is rusty so I started with 20kg, then 24kg. i tried the 32kg, but didn't feel it. Need to keep practicing. Thrrew in a few windmills also

10.23.12 - KB Snatches


KB Snatches - 10/10 on the minute for 10 minutes. first 3 rounds 24kg, last 7 20kg - I was sweating profusely. It feltreally great. I have been missing high rep ballistics.

10.18.12 - Back to basics - KB swings



swings - 20 reps on the minute for 12 minutes - 7 rounds 24kg/5 rounds 16kg

Hip flexor stretches.


Great to get off my ass and back to doing something. Just like I am starting over again like I did in 2007.
