Today marks 47 days without any smokeless tobacco

This has been real hard. I get tired easier. I am always hungry. My warrior diet has been good, but some of my choices have been shit. So far i have gained 7lbs. This could be the creatine that I was on. I quit that last week. It could be the junk I have been eating after my main meal. My water consumption is down. I really don't know why. When I was chewing, I was always drinking. Now I don't. I need to make a conscious effort to drink more H2O!

When i work 113.5 hrs 3 weeks ago, I really wanted some dip. It was calling me. I resisted though. I am glad that i did!

I have noticed the last couple of weeks, that my No & Low days have been lacking the effort required. I think it has to do with me doing these days inside. I went out to the garage today and redid yesterday. I feel really decompressed now.

2 weeks of hell and the winds of change

The last two weeks have been hell. An issue at work had me work 110 hrs the last 2 weeks. My sessions have been whenever I could get them in. I have missed 2 this last micro cycle. I can't wait to get back on my regular schedule.

I only have 5 micro sessions left on Clubbell Mass Evolution so I am thinking of changing it up after that. I just haven't decided what to do yet. Suggestions??? Is TacFit Clubbell out yet???

High Intensity - sort of. I worked 16 hrs last night. Got to bed at 2:30am, up today @ 7:30 am to start again. I really feel tried and today's session showed that.

21 days yesterday

Yesterday marked my 21st day without smokeless tobacco. This has been tougher than I thought. I have dreams about using. There are times that i miss it. So far I have only gained 3 lbs which is strange given that i am on Creatine. Surprised that I haven't gained more. I have to attribute that to the Warrior Diet.
