4.18.12 - Bodyweight Blueprint for Fatloss(BBFL) Phase 1 - Day 1

No Intensity

Deep Intu-Flow session.

I really needed this. I felt i needed to go back to a 4x7 session given i wasn't felling recovered properly on the Body revolution program. Plus, I can take this on my upcoming trip to San Fran

4.17.12 - worked on finishing my yard project

but ran out of bricks. The first layer is complete. I need to buy some more bricks this weekend to get to 3 levels.

4.16.12 - Month 2

Ok I finished month 1 of Body revolution. Not bad. I ended up losing weight even after coming off the Warrior Diet. That is a hug change from 1 meal a day to 3 meals a day with 1 snack.

I started Month 2 today
