Hopefully I can keep it going. After changing jobs and hurting my shoulder in 2011, my training has sucked. But I really feel the need for hitting the steel again.

4/9/14 - 2.8 mi
4/10/14 - 2.8 mi
4/11/14 - 1.4 mi
