3.11.15 - @Pigram's Garage Gym - Heavy KB Session

I was feeling squirrelly tonight and decided to give the Bulldog some work. I haven't really touched it since 2011 after hurting my shoulder

Ladders - 3x1,2,3 w/40kg
A1. C&P
A2. OA KB Rows

B1. Heavy OA Snatches - 3x5/5 w/32kg - these were rough
B2. Goblet Squats - 3x5 w/32kg - ATG - held bottom position

C1. Ab Wheel rollout - 3x5
