I was feeling burnt out so i took 10 days off.
To get back into the flow of thing, I decided to give Coach Sonnon's new free program Recouper8.
Wow, a nice mix of intu-flow and prasara. Kinda of like Ageless Mobility. i like it.
I plan on doing this for the rest of the week as a primer to get back into training.

My consistency has been shaky lately. I will be better this week have been pre-occupied with Diablo 3. Damn games!
