I'm Back

The last two weeks have been terrible for training. first DR testing in NJ then a conference in Las Vegas. I did manage to train though.

I also purchased a 10# and 20# KBs for my wife,Teasha, and my sons. I started with my oldest son, Steven, I had him do 2 arm swings for 12 minutes. I timed him with the Gymboss. He was smoked. My wife, did 6x12 2 arm swings with the 20#. Not bad for her first time. I got the bells from target, the Sarah Laurie ones, they are not bad. the handles are smoother than my LifeLine one. I will be getting a 24KG for myself this Wednesday. Then a 70# after Thanksgiving.

I am in Carlstadt NJ for Disaster Recovery testing. I took 3 days off and felt great this morning.

Last Night

I worked out with my son Steven last night. I started him on light C&P with 10# DB, then once with a 20# DB and the some seated MP, and Floor presses

No training today

Last night I got paged at 9:30. I ended up having to go into work at midnight. I finally got to sleep 9:30 AM today. The life of an IT guy... Skipping today and I will make up tomorrow. This weekend I will be traveling to NJ for Disaster recovery. I am taking my KB, in a bowling ball bag. Then I leave a week from Sat for Citrix iForum in Vegas. I will be taking my KB then also. Then when i get back, I will be buying some new KBs. I have a decision to make, Buy I DD Kb or for 10 more $$ I can get both the 16kg and 24 Kg from lifeline. The 16kg is for my son.
