I worked out with my son Steven last night. I started him on light C&P with 10# DB, then once with a 20# DB and the some seated MP, and Floor presses
Here is what he got
C&P
5x5 R,L 10#
1x1 R,L 20# only half on L

2x2 - He did double DBs on these

2x5 with Empty BB

Overall, I am really proud of him actually doing this. Awesome training!
