Yea, I was looking through the FAQs where they recommended 12-16 kg for beginners. I think I'm going to err on the side of caution since I haven't done much swinging (only a bit with the clubs) & absolutely brand new to kettlebells.
I hope the program turns out to be as good as it looks!

I'm really considering starting the same program (or starting back up on Tac Fit Commando) myself.

I will keep u posted. I have tried the pre-recruit with both the 20kg and 24kg. The 24kg is hard!
