TGU 5 minutes with both the 44# and 10# KBs

Tried some hot potato with the 20# - this will take so getting used to....

It seems my new kbs will be in on the 12/5 according to www.performbetter.com

I can't wait until they get here. I have already pressed both with I workout with Nate, but to be able to do them all the time will be great. I can't wait to try the SST with the 24KG...

Monday

After a week off of both training and my cleaned up diet, it felt great to be back.

I started off with some stretches and Halos

Then I did my version of the 300

2x 20/20 one arm swings

1x10/10 one arm swings

5x10/10 cleans

5x10/10 snatches

A little over 15 minutes

Some light presses and TGUs are on par for Tuesday.

I ordered a 24KG and 32 KG from Perform better but they are back ordered. I hope I get them soon.

Saturday's training

Sat. was interesting. I had a co worker come over along with Nate Black. Nate taught her the how to do the swing. While he was doing that, I used his 53# and 70# KBs to do C&P. My wife and oldest son can out also to train. With 5 people all training, I need to rearrange my garage.

Nate and I alternated doing the following for 15 minutes

2 arm swings - giant set with the 35#, 53#, and 70# 10 reps each bell
