Monday

After a week off of both training and my cleaned up diet, it felt great to be back.

I started off with some stretches and Halos

Then I did my version of the 300

2x 20/20 one arm swings

1x10/10 one arm swings

5x10/10 cleans

5x10/10 snatches

A little over 15 minutes

Some light presses and TGUs are on par for Tuesday.

I ordered a 24KG and 32 KG from Perform better but they are back ordered. I hope I get them soon.
