Front squats
2x5 with 44# and 20#
1x5 with 44#
seated MP
2x3 with 44# and 10#
1x3 with 44#
Tried some hot potato with the 20# - this will take so getting used to....
It seems my new kbs will be in on the 12/5 according to www.performbetter.com
I can't wait until they get here. I have already pressed both with I workout with Nate, but to be able to do them all the time will be great. I can't wait to try the SST with the 24KG...
