High Intensity - sort of. I worked 16 hrs last night. Got to bed at 2:30am, up today @ 7:30 am to start again. I really feel tried and today's session showed that.

Session B - only 3 rounds(should be 5) of 4 reps - 90s between rounds
Ex1. - 45 x 4/4
ex2. - 45 x 4/4
ex3. - 25 x 4/4
ex4. - 25x4
ex5. - 45x 4/4 - need to practice this more. the pendulum is giving me fits w/the 45.
