KB MP - 1x5/5 32kg, 1x3/3 40kg, 1x0/0 48kg(only half way both sides), 1x3/3 40kg, 1x5/5 32kg
Rope Rows - 3x5
Whack-a-mole - 5x5 - Bruiser
Barbarian - 2x5 - bruiser
