Supplements

Since I am in a Mass building phase, due to the fact i am going to gain weight from quiting dipping, I have added the following supplements to my normal regiment. I might as well put on some muscle instead of fat!

Here are my daily supplements

Morning

1000mg Ester-C

5000 IU D3 - liquid

50mg Zinc

Post workout 

Whey protein

Creatine monohydrate

Glutamine
