How do you like the ME program so far? I'm thinking about giving it a whirl sometime, possibly over the summer. I bought it when it came out but haven't fully explored all the exercises yet.
So far I love it! After I finish this cycle, Month 1 is complete and let me tell you GVT with clubbells is an idea I wouldn't have thought of. Although, I own a lot of CB material, I mostly did the TBF exercises. Some of these exercises I had watched in the black book and the encyclopedia, but never tried. The was a learning curve. Plus the program calls for 15s and 35, I have 25s and a Bruiser.
I have gained mass during this month. Next month is TUT, so I can only imagine what will come.
