I felt awesome. I posted on DD forum about rest between rungs. I tried that tonight. Great results! I like it.
My son Steven's workout
two arm swings (10# DB in each hand) 8 minutes
he didn't count reps
5 sets of farmer's walks with 2 20# DB.
I showed him how to do a clean, and he attempted a press with each arm. He is starting to like it.
