Prior to training, my wife picked up a chain saw, so I finished cutting down the tree that i have been working on. I also cut another small one down.

I saw that on DD forum also. It is amazing!
I started KBs in July '07. I started doing the exercises with a dumdbell in June '07 after speaking with Dave Randolph and reading some of Mike Mahler's stuff on Bodybuilding.com.
