Shoulder was feeling better, but this morning it was catching in places. I didn't want to push it real hard. More R.I.C.E. over the long weekend.

Good to hear your shoulder is feeling better. A frw more days you should beback to normal. I like the way you were able to fit in some work around your injury. That's dedication to some thing I can tell you love to do.
LOL, just trying not to feel old and get fat. I just jumped the gun trying to go too heavy to soon.
