Day of rest and strecthing

I smoked some ribs and hamburgers and hot dogs today. We had a great family dinner. It was great. Later on i did the following:

Arm bars 8kg 2x5L,R

Practiced 1 arm Overhead Squats 8kg 2x5L,R

Hip Flexor stretches 2 sets L,R as far as i could go.
