Got my 2 pood at 4:30 today. Chris Huss came over and we had a great variety day. I really like the 2 pood. Chris taught me the bent press. I will practice this until I get it with the 2 pood. So here was the practice

Awesome practice. I will be going down to Louisville over Christmas and Chris and I will try to get over to Dave Randolph's place on 12/22, if I can get away.
