No Intensity Day

Qigong Breathing exercises - All 8 positions - From David Carradine's Video

Zhang Zhaung - WU Chi postion for 5 minutes - Day 2 of 21 @ 5 Min. I focused on relaxing my body throughout the seesion

Intu-Flow - My combination of KB Warm-up and Intermediate level. I may go back to pure Intu-Flow on No Intensity Days.

I feel great!

Total of 15 minutes for an energy increase and great relaxation.
