8/4/09 - Tuesday

Worked on the garage and throwing away stuff i have had for years.

Rearranged my workout area. I did the following while running out of time

BB MP - 145# 3x6
BB Bent Rows - 185# 3x6

I did Framer's walk with all KBs before and after rearranging to move them out of the way and back again.

Simple.
