Deck Squats - Need to practice this more. I lose balance when getting up
4x5 with 20 lbs kb
Circuit
Double C+J 5- 8 reps
Double swings 10 reps
pushups 10 reps
double front squats 5 reps
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes
I completed 5 rounds using 24 kg and 20kg/10 lbs kb for 3 rounds, 24kg and 20kg last 2 rounds.
SMOKED!
