The DVD is awesome. As with Flowfit, the JM disc is showing me stuff that i really need to work on besides strength. As I stated, my anterior and posterior shoulder rotation is terrible. The springing spine twist in flowfit, let me know that I am stiff in the spine. I haven't tried the Compensatory stuff yet. but soon.

Thanks for letting me borrow the set.

I am really getting into this stuff. I will be better for it in the long run.
