Interesting Mike Mahler and Ori Hofmeckler have been saying this for years. Read the story here.

Hi, Todd !
More or less. My son (15 months) take a lot of time at the moment. What about you ? How´s the weightloss thing going on ? Your Warrior Diet looks more clean than in the past. Black beans are simply great!
Best,
Rainer
Well, after screwing around in Jan and most of Feb, my weight is back up. I am back up to 275, and my BF% went up by 3. I have really started cleaning up my WD. I have eliminated all pasta for the most part. The Black Beans have been a great addition. I am dropping some supplements and going on some that deal with estrogen dominance. Specially DIM, Chrysin. I love the MACA in my protein drinks. The magnesium cream really helps in my opinion. I have been making really good gains in strength and body comp since I have started the HFT training. After next week, I make the jump to hitting the 5 pillars 6 days/week. I plan on writing more on this in a future blog post.
Todd
