As i am a beginner with Sonnon's material, i will do my best to answer your question.

I was recommended Flowfit 1 from a CST in KY, Dave Randolph. Flowfit is an intro to Prasara yoga. It teaches the 6 degrees of motion. i find it very challenging as a big guy. But i like it. After this 4x7 series, i will be doing Flowfit 3x a week to increase my flow. I will also be getting intu-flow soon. I like this much better than r-phase.

I would use the link in your comment to buy Flowfit. RMAX also has a great forum. i actually just joined. there is a ton of info out there
