OK Todd, I am intrigued by your progress and after following it on IGX and here, I got the program. One question though... Whats the best way to start? There is a lot of stuff to sift through and learn. Any experienced help would be appreciated.
What version did you get deluxe or basic? If you got deluxe, print out the simplified calendars for Recruit 1, 2, & 3. This will cover your first 3 months. Have you ever done a 4x7 cycle? It takes some time to get used to it. I tried my first one after doing Mahler's fatloss 6 days a week. Hard adjustment. Always start with a No intensity day. The ideal score of any mission on the last high intensity day is over 40 combined. Remember whatever is the lost score for any of the 8 rounds is the total. I count my reps as 1L/1R=1 rep, so for front lunges my score of 6 is really 6L/6R in 20 sec. My email is pigram86@hotmail.com, email me if you need anything else. I did all 3 recruit mission first. Someone posted that I didn't get over 40 on recruit 3 and grunt 1, but I made improvements, so I really don't care. If you ever go for TacFit Cert, the one with equipment, You have to score over 40 on Recruit 1 to pass. Given you are a trainer, that may be good for you. Even adding in a 5 min warm up and cool down, total 30 mins. 26 programs, 4 levels each. let me know if you need anything else. I will be glad to help. Grunt is a bitch, but I love it.
Thanks Todd, I am going to spend some time learning the warm up/cool down stuff with what I am doing now and have scheduled recruit #1 to start on Oct 3rd
