I may have tweaked my scapula muscle. Not sure yet, I will know more tomorrow morning. I will be applying Tiger balm and ice. I felt it on the last set of DBL Swings.

Dude those are some monster weighs you are throwing around! Hopefully your posterior shoulder muscles are ok. That is the same area where I have tightened up. I have been doing a lot of Z shoulder and self myofascial release with the tennis ball over the rhomboid area.....hurts like hell, but does help.
I may have to try the self-myofascial release. I don't have another heavy day for 3 days, hopefully it will be fine. It hasn't gotten worse so that is a good sign.
I need another 40kg and some 16kgs. I am thinking about getting the intu-flow DVD and Free to move book combo from Scott Sonnon. I have been doing both Z and intu-flow. In my opinion they are about the same.
