Quick Session

DBL LCCJ 24s 1 min on , 1 min off 15,15,15,10,10

DBL Bent rows 32s - 5x5

Windmill 2x5/5

done.

On LCCJ, I am trying build some strength endurance with these. When I hit 15 for all 5 mins, i will decrease the rest to 30s and repeat process. Then when i can go 5 min straight, I will and in more minutes

I am really trying to make 5 minutes first than 10. I feel it in all areas, shoulders, arms, thighs. Great exercise!

Once I get through the RKC I will have to give your LCCJ plan a try. Looks like it will be a smoker, but should really help with the endurance.

The endurance piece is what i am after, at the moment. You ought to try the descending double snatch I did tonight! That is a smoker! I tried the 32s, but decided to stick with high pulls instead! I am not ready for that just yet.
